Citrus Memorial Hospital is a 171-bed, not-for-profit community hospital which has provided health careservices to residents of Citrus County and surrounding communities since 1957. The hospital's services include cardiac, ear-nose-throat, general surgery, gynecologic, intensive care, neurological, obstetric, ophthalmic, oral surgery, orthopedic, pediatric, pulmonary, urological and vascular. Also, cardiac catheterization, cardiac rehabilitation, community education, diagnostic imaging, endoscopy, laparoscopic and laser surgery, lithotripsy, medical social services, physical, occupational and speech therapy, same-day surgery, 24-hour emergency department, 24-hour laboratory services and the SHARE Club for senior citizens. The hospital operates the Citrus Memorial Home Health Agency, the Allen Ridge Family Care Center in Lecanto, the Allen Ridge Diagnostic Imaging Center, the Medical Office Building Diagnostic Imaging Center, the Medical Office Building Lab/Satellite Collections Facility and the Citrus Primary Group, with locations in Inverness, Floral City, Lecanto, Homosassa Springs, Citrus Springs and Bushnell.

Seven Rivers Community Hospital is a general medical/surgical facility situated in a natural landscaped setting under an umbrella of majestic oaks and tall pines. Since its opening in 1978, Seven Rivers Community Hospital has grown from a 75-bed facility to 128 beds. The facility is owned by Tenet HealthSystem, a nationwide leader in providing health care services.

West Marion Community Hospital is located off of State Road 200, just 1.5 miles west of 1-75. The three-story, 70-bed full service hospital is Marion County's newest hospital. West Marion is affiliated with HCA, Inc. Benefits are all private rooms, a 24-hour full service emergency department, DaVinci Surgical robot, no-film imaging technology, four operating rooms, and a ten bed intensive care unit.

Ocala Regional Medical Center is a 200-bed facility offering excellence in medical care to Ocala residents and visitors to Marion County with specialties in Bariatrics, NeuroScience, Cancer and Orthopaedics.
