Specializing in the development of communities for families in this part of Central Florida principles Monty and Pat Van Ness owners, were born and raised in Citrus County. They are former teachers, now developers. Monty remembers running cattle as a boy in the late 50s over the same land we now offer for sale. They still have a 700 acre cattle ranch on the nearby Withlachoochee River.
